Snapchat Rejects $3bn Offer From Facebook

Many news were around before that Snapchat rejected a 1 billions Dollar offer from Facebook, But now Facebook had tripled the amount to 3 billions Dollar and Snapchat rejected too. According to Evan Spiegel, Snapchat’s CEO, he is waiting until next year,2014, to have a higher value of it’s 2 years old company which may reach 4 billions Dollars which is more than Pinterest value which is approximately 3.8 billions Dollars.

It seems that Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook’s CEO, recently is interested in buying popular apps instead of creating apps which means Facebook is looking to buy an app with it’s fame instead of creating an app and its fame which is a short way for making money like Facebook’s deal with Instagram for 1 Billion Dollar.

According to a new statistic, Snapchat has over 5 millions active daily users with over 350 millions pictures sent and received per day.

So what do you think? will Facebook pay more than 3 billions dollars for it’s the most expensive deal ever? In addition, in that way Facebook will be in total control of the pictures apps such as Instagram and Snapchat.
